We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@eagleglow.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and the return address. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

We cover all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll make it right by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized products.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
