The Cast Tray XL is built differently. Crafted from thick vegetable-tanned leather in a rich cognac tone and shaped through wet moulding, it holds its structure permanently — no stitching, no hardware, no compromise. A tray that does not move, does not flex, and only improves with time.
Wet moulding is one of the oldest leather-forming techniques — and one of the most demanding. The Cast Tray XL is shaped while the leather is saturated, then left to dry under tension, locking the form permanently into the hide.
